Geocache Description:

What's all this buzz about being "First to Find" a cache?
So you go on and on about how cool it was to be the first to find it - so predictable...

"FTF NUMBER A BAZILLION AND ONE!", "FIRST TO FIND AT I-HAVE-NO-LIFE-AM AT NIGHT!", "CO-FTF BECAUSE I'M SO STUBBORN I COULDN'T AGREE ON GIVING UP THE FTF TO THE OTHER PERSON WHO REALLY FOUND IT FIRST!", "Signed the TOP of the logsheet BECAUSE THE BOTTOM IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!, "I NEED AN FTF TO MAKE ME FEEL COOL!"
Big friggin' deal
Well, lah de friggin' dah!
If you found it first then what does that make the REST of us???
Well, this cache is NOT for "THEM".
In fact, this cache is NOT really for "YOU" either...er...well, its sort of for YOU.
This cache is all about the length of time until the next found-it log. The longer the better. You're best bet on this cache is to wait at the END of the line. Then let everyone you know take your place in line. Then after that find people to cut in front of you. You DEFINITELY don't want to find this first, or 2nd, or 3rd. The only place you want to be is...well...LAST

A cache like this has GOT to have rules...

Here are the rules:

1. You are breaking the rules if you find this cache unless you are in-fact the "LAST to find". However, the Grand Prize is for the cacher that went the most days as the "LAST to find" before the next finder.

2. If you do find it you must sign the logsheet and you can only claim this cache found-it online ONCE so no 'double dipping' just to be the LAST!

3. You cannot go cross your name off the logsheet if you have signed it or post a DNF if you did in-fact find the cache. You must sign your name on the logsheet the same date you found the container and I expect you to post your online found-it with the date matching the date you signed on the logsheet. You cannot replace, take, or destroy the logbook or container or the hiding place that it is hidden in. You cannot cross off, mark out, or destroy anyone else's signature in the logbook and must return the logsheet to the container before leaving the hide location.

4. Once you place your online found-it you cannot delete or edit it in any way to cheat (including but not limited to editing to a "note" or changing the date).

5. You cannot change the way this container is hidden just to make it harder for the next person in a deliberate attempt to make the find too difficult for them to find so you can keep your LAST TO FIND" bragging rights.

6. You cannot post a "needs maintenence" or "needs archived" log online unless it really does need this. If it does, then please give details as to why you flagged it so. I will see right through your ploy to have the cache archived just so you can claim the LAST to find bragging rights and the grand prize forever.

7. You cannot harm other cachers in any way attempting to make this find. They have every right to attempt to be the LAST to find. Remember, you took a BIG BIG risk just by finding this cache in the first place.

8. You cannot harass the person or people who find the cache after you for taking away your "LAST to find" bragging rights. In-fact if you want to get even with someone who took away your shot at the grand prize, you might even encourage others to take the BIG BIG risk of finding this cache as soon as possible after them.

9. I reserve all rights to amend these rules as I sees fit depending on how things are going. (I'm sure some of you will find it amusing to find loopholes in these rules so I encourage you to do so if you think it would be fun)

AMMENDMENT #1: No "April Fools joke found-its!". You claim a found-it and its the real deal. No second chances!

AMMENDMENT #2: You are NOT allowed to forget about this cache.

AMMENDMENT #3: The order of on-line found-its will determine who is the LAST finder until I get the chance to verify the order of logsheet signatures next time I'm in the area. So you late online found-it loggers will get away with this loophole...but only for so long.

AMMENDMENT #4: A find on this cache consists of two parts: 1. physically finding it and 2. signing your name to the logbook. Therefore there is no "desktop finding" allowed here. The term "desktop finding" is used losely in this amendment and applies to any location other than the listed coordinates for this cache. In other words, you gotta go to the site and find it and sign the logsheet before you can post your online found-it. You, your friend who is plagiarizing your signature, or your enemy who is plagiarizing your signature, cannot claim a found-it online unless you have physically found this cache. Finding this cache is loosely described but not limited to: touching it, seeing it, admiring it, petting it, breathing on it, spitting on it, taking a picture of it, telling a friend (or your enemy) to look at it for you, building a robot or cyborg to fetch the cache and sign it for you, telling a nongeocacher that their refrigerator is running and they better go catch it and that you last saw it at these listed coordinates, doing anything to it to disrupt its position or the lid's position such as picking it up or opening the container. Blindfolded finds are ruled out. So obviously if you have NOT completed the first part of finding this cache (the physical part) you cannot move this cache to New Mexico or anywhere else than the published coordinates due to the other applicable rules.

Disclaimer: No purchase necessary. See cache listing for details. Due to the nature of being the VERY LAST to find this cache I will always will be the "LAST to find". Since I cannot ethically claim a found-it my own cache you'll just have to live with 2nd place.

Good luck. I pitty those who find it, because there will surely be someone out there who gives into temptation after them. Could you live with that grief? I know I couldn't!!! The safest thing to do is to just avoid finding this cache in the first place.
