The cache is not at the listed coordinates,
but it is within one mile.
Here's the 411.
After planting the cache, I absolutely had to tell my friend
where it was stashed. She was still in class, but this couldn't
wait. I flipped open my phone and immediately started a new SMS. To
my surprise, the T9 had decided to stop working and I had to resort
to texting with only numbers. It would've been far too boring to
send her the coordinates as is... I needed to do more to distract
her from her studies. Lucky for me I spent way too much time in
high school deciphering notes written in this lost art of digital
communication.

You won't need magic to ward off the muggles, but you will if
you intend to retrieve the cache without those last two messages.
This area can be particularly busy during the day and on weekends,
so save yourself the trouble (and bail money) by not attempting to
hop any fences.
Congrats to donnie985 for the FTF.
