This is a cache to remind us of Talley (Cableshot - POC - Pair of Cableshots). He may have moved north but his name keeps coming up in conversations. Having a high number of caches in the Lakeland area without having one put out by him is like christmas shopping and not buying anything made in China.
Should be a P & G. Like most of his caches, this one is small so BYOP.
No attributes for WASPS, but where there is a guard rail there are WASPS.
Thanks to the cachers that took over his caches when he left. Without you there would be a lot less caches in the area.
