Light Pole Cache (L.P.C.) with a Puzzle twist.

I dislike LPCs...they are too easy to find. However, there are ways to make LPCs more interesting and more difficult to find. The coordinates will place you in a parking lot...on top of a very noticeable point. Nearby this point are 4 LPs arranged in a square. The cache is located in 1 of the 4 LPs!
