To find the final of this two staged multi you'll need to visit the statue at the posted coordinates. The picture featured on this cachecpage is of that statue.
I suggest that you print out this page and take it with you. You'll need to pay attention to details to obtain the answers to the following questions.

A = Are the laces on the child's right boot tied?
Yes = 7
 No = 3
B = Total number of buckles on the artist's suspenders.

C = Total number of loops of the child's ponytail holder.
