Easy approach although transport over Lake Manapouri is required. (Tourist vessels regularly travel to West Arm) as people will usually only have a short time in this area. Can be retrieved from tar seal. - Container intended to blend in with the environment of the area. Location should be obvious but cache may require some examination to identify. Only sufficient room in cache for log.

Boat travel to West Arm is required to locate this cache. Tourist launches make regular trips to West Arm a number of times a day. On arriving at West Arm the cache is readily accessed and should be easy to find. This cache should not present any difficulty to a person in a wheel chair.
