Geocache Description:

This hide is at the beginning of the trail head for the Buttermilk Falls walking trail. This trail can be very busy at times. All of the hides along the trail are no more than 10 feet off of the trail. watch out for the poison Ivy.

That is one big American Sycamore tree! By my calculations this tree has a circumference of 21 feet at the base.
The largest recorded tree in KY is an American Sycamore on Grassy Creek in Montgomery County. It is more than 36 feet in circumference. it is the current National champion American Sycamore.
Check out a photo of the champion tree at the Ky Dept of Forestry web site. ; Champion Tree Program.
Cache is a camo'd match container
