You do not have to go to the posted coordinates.
However, if you are the geocacher who wants to watch a wind-generated electricity-like monument, you should go to there.
I hid a cache at a location that you can go on foot from Akihabara Sta.
You must decode two secret numbers to know the coordinates where the cache container was put.
