How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This Is A Very Winter Friendly Cache, Its A Bird House Hanging On A Sign Post. With most Geocaches hidden, it is about the location of the cache, or the uniqueness of the hide. This cache is different, it is about the contents, Trackables. Please don't leave any swag or sig items, they will only get tossed.
This is a TB Hotel only, however Pathtags are always welcome, they're trackable.

EXIT 66 OFF I-94, THEN 1000 FEET SOUTH. TURN LEFT AT THE INDUSTRIAL PARK ENTRANCE, AND GO ALL THE WAY BACK. CACHE IS 5 FEET FROM PARKING. NO BUSHWACKING NEEDED.

This is NOT a Travel Bug Prison, you do not have to trade Travel Bugs "Even" here. If you feel you can help a few of the Bugs travel in the direction of their Goal, please take them. If you happen to have a few extra that we can pass around locally, please leave some. Its more important to just keep Bugs moving, than to collect mildew sitting here.

Please respect the property, and don't park on the grass.

This cache is placed with permission of the Village of Mattawan, and may be found 24/7/365. Everybody knows its here, and what your doing, so don't be shy.

This is a Letter Box Cache, please bring your personalized stamp, to stamp our log book. If you do not have one, you may use the one provided in the cache, however, please do not remove the stamp or ink pad from the cache.

The idea of a Letter Box Cache, is for you to bring your own personlized stamp, and use it to stamp our log book (along with signing it), and then you use the stamp provided in the cache to stamp Your log book that you brought with you. Your log book is one that you take to all of the Letter Box Caches you have visited, collecting all of the stamped pictures in. Each Letter Box Cache stamps picture is unique for each Letter Box Cache you visit.
