This cache is located near the drive through, and is a "quick" cache n' Dash. Difficulty so high because of the constant muggles driving past.
Log only, BYOP. Title may help.
If you are going to look for this one at night, BYCar because this cache is located within the shopping complex on 82nd. Can be done at night, just keep an eye out, and be aware of the area. Might be better to search for during the day.
