The difficulty is so high because of the abondance of muggles, ALL THE TIME. Take out the muggle factor and this would be an easy cache and dash.
Micro, enjoy. Not a nano though. I can bairly see nanos, even when I know where it should be, and I'm 18 plus a bit.
The main issue is that this cache would be "easiest" to find at night when there arn't people around, but 82nd is not the greatest street to be wandering around by yourself on at night.
Please keep safty in mind when deciding when to find this one, even though it is a quick Cache n' Dash.
If you do go to find it in the "dark", (which is do-able) make sure to bring a geo-friend or two, and park in the available parking right beside the cache site. This should be a simple and should be an easy cache for most. Just another smiley for everyone.
