This Cache is situated on the Market Harborough end of the Brampton Valley Way which is a reclaimed railway line, so it's quite flat and level, so is easy for walking and cycling. It is used by a lot of Muggle walkers and cyclists so stealth and patience may be required!
There are a number of ways to approach the Cache. If you park in Harborough at the Bell Pub car park it is approx 4.5 mile round trip.
Alternatively you could park at Oxendon old station and walk through the tunnel if you're brave enough! (lights/torch needed) round trip 2.5 miles approx
Or if you park in Great Oxendon (by the pub) there is a footpath onto the BVW.
There is a Tearoom with parking close to the cache - Waterloo Farm Leisure - BUT you can ONLY park there when the tea room is open and if you're going to be a customer. It would be a good place to stop and celebrate your find with cake/icecream!
The cache was a small clip-lock box, but unfortunately that was muggled twice - so I have had to change it to a 4" long micro..... please make sure it is well hidden out of sight as this area can be busy.
It should be an easy find with the clues.... but watch out for Muggles!
