Geocache Description:

Another modern ghost town -- built and ready for some houses and people, but so far, no one is home.

There are many such places around FL these days. I suspect that some time we will have to move this cache when the housing market turns around. Right now this place is dead empty, with nice roads, sidewalks and lots of parking -- and some nice oak trees.

There is wheelchair access from the road very close to the cache and then about 150 ft across a level lawn area.

Camo Rx bottle with some small trade items and log only.
