BVW Slip 'n' Slide Traditional Cache
Splendidz: Archiving this one as it keeps getting muggled and the way to GZ is rather overgrown ๐

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This Cache is placed on the Market Harborough end of the Brampton
Valley Way near to Oxendon tunnel. The BVW is a reclaimed railway
line so is quite flat and level so is easy for walking and
cycling. It is used by a lot of Muggle walkers and cyclists so
stealth and patience may be required!
There are a number of ways of approaching the cache. You can park in Harborough -approx 2.2 miles away. Or at Oxendon old
station- Approx 1 mile away (but you will have to walk through the
tunnel which is very dark - lights/torch needed) Or there is a
footpath from Great Oxendon 0.5 miles (can be muddy) The last 30ft
or so before the cache will require a bit of scrambling and ditch
hopping - hence "Slip 'n' Slide" (especially as it was snowy/icy
when the cache was placed) but the rest of the Brampton Valley Way
is easy walking/cycling/buggy pushing! For more info and parking
waypoints see my nearby Cache - BVW Cache 'n' Splash (GC1MPWT) The
Cache is a small clip-lock box - so there is room for Geocoins and
small trades.
