Not available from the highway. Please avoid seeking during large events. This will usually be a cache and dash, depending on the Farmer's Almanac.

For the past year (Feb 2009 to Feb 2010, every time I drive I-70 I think of this little bugger. Its time to activate and possibly do a favor for 007. The original date of Feb 15, 2009 was retained for sentimental reasons.
