Geocache Description:

In the woods off of a little-used public footpath.

Welcome to Beaper Cache, a 2.5l clip-lock cache located in the woods off of a little-used public footpath.

I spent many a day camping at Beaper Farm when I was younger, and this cache is placed in woods I used to explore back then.

The public footpath runs between the left-hand side of the entrance to Beaper Farm campsite and just opposite the new Whitefiled Forest touring park.

There is a layby on the bridleway that runs up to Whitefield at the co-ords 50.7005N 1.1448W. The Whitefield end of the path begins directly opposite the entrance to Whitefield (50.7011N 1.144W or so), but you'll have to hunt about in the hedge to find where it begins!

The actual cache is located in the woods near the Beaper end of the path, on the side nearest the main road. Co-ords are accurate to about 30m.

At placement, cache contained a logbook, pencil, stash card, a badge, couple of keyrings and a few misc items.
