Folkets Park, Växjö

Ja, vad berättar man om Folkets Park, ett begrepp som väl de flesta svenskar är välbekanta med? Jag låter därför bli men ta gärna en promenad genom parken när ni är här, ni lär höra historiens brus i träden.

Cachen består av en liten behållare med loggbok och penna. Från start finns även ett FTF-kort där.

Folkets Park, Växjö

Well, how can I explain a thing like Folkets Park (The Peoples Park) to someone that never has experienced it? These places for gathering with music and dance are distributed throughout Sweden and generally began their life in the early 1900’s. Many Swedes took their first trembling dance steps here and equally many ended up drunk in the flower beds outside. Take a stroll through the park, listen to the murmur in the tree tops and feel the history of social democracy around you

The cache consists of a small container with log book and pencil. From the start there’s also an FTF card there.
