Geocache Description:

General prairie terrain including grass, weeds, sand, soft soils and some trees. You are looking for a sandwich sized lock-n-lock. Park on shoulder.

I have eyed this spot many times for a cache and I have finally decided it was time to get one out here. Very nice view of the Nebraska State Landmark. This road also will lead you to the Visitor center run by the state historical society. Also the road will get you up close to the cliffs and a historic cemetary. Very quiet at most times of the year but try and be a bit discreet to any other travelers. This one also fits nicely into my overall Oregon trail series of caches. A few small trade items and a logbook are within. Enjoy!!
