Small sized cache located in Mt. Bethel Cemetery, Groveland Township, Michigan.
The SQ in the cache name above signifies Spirit Quest. Please be respectful of the area, and observe their rules and posted hours. Michigan law states that you are only permitted to visit cemeteries dawn to dusk through out the state unless posted. Cache is a small clear container hanging on a carabiner. You WILL need to bring your own writing instrument. No need to leave the fenced in area to retrieve this cache. After finding the cache feel free to have a look around the cemetery. This is a very old cemetery and many of the graves date back in to the 1800's. You will find headstones broken off and some even dumped to the edges of the cemetery. Try to find the gentleman who served during the civil war. The church used to be located somewhere in the field south of the cemetery but burned down some time ago. The new church was re-built on the corner of Jossman and Bald Eagle Lake Rd. CONGRATS TO ATVROCKETBOY1 ON THE FTF!
