Inspired by a local woman's comment that this was her dog's favorite watering hole, it was decided to pipe into this cache site.
Well, there's plenty of parking...and you could/should use one of the parked cars as cover from the mugglers when rooting about for this cache. This is a perfect wheelchair accessible cache (just too bad the nearby parking spot doesn't happen to be a reserved handicapped spot!).
