This is a challenge cache- the cache is at the posted coords, however you MUST fulfill the stipulation in order to log this as a find. ALL LOGS FROM THOSE WHO HAVE NOT FOLLOWED THE RULES WILL BE DELETED! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE RULES!
Some say it's not about the numbers...in this case it is. For this challenge you must fill out a Bookmark List with twenty caches that you have found that have LESS than twenty finds at the time you log the challenge cache. I will check the log postings twice a day- 5:30 am and 5:30 pm during the week, and at least twice on weekend days at different times. All caches on the Bookmark List MUST be found AFTER 2/18/09. This may seem easy, but remember, your bookmark list can, and probably will change as other cachers scramble to find seldom found caches. If I check your list and there is a cache with 20 finds or more, that cache is disqualified, meaning the list is incomplete. In order to try to avoid a rash of "temporary" or "buddy placed" caches, your list MUST include 3 caches that are more than 6 months old and MUST include at least 5 smalls or regulars. Sorry, but my challenge, my rules.
You CAN find the cache ahead of time, but you cannot log it until the bookmark list is complete.
