Geocache Description:

A camouflaged cache on an Albany Icon. Stealth required! Please read ALL of the instructions.

If you like model ships, you'll love this one. It's a replica of the Brig Amity built on a 1:1 scale! But when you read what was on board the original Amity when it sailed from Sydney in 1826, you won't believe that this is full sized. It was stuffed with sailors, soldiers, settlers and convicts. There were more than fifty people, plus sheep, pigs and six month's worth of stores. I wonder what it was like in third class!

The cache is on the boat, but you don't have to go on board to find it... Test your knowledge of nineteenth century sailing vessels and find the bit that doesn't belong! And there's a bit of a clue in the title... Oh, and it is a good idea to bring your own pen.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please put it back as per included insructions: Neatly aligned on a good surface and beyond the reach of small children! Useful hint: Cover the Blue Dot!
