Name of cache comes from the "art" below that USED TO BE at farm
just down the hill across from cache site. It is no longer there,
but the guy has some interesting things there at
times.
This should be an easy find. Coords are very close to cache, but
hints will get you there. Parking available but signs say No
Parking, so park off to the side. The cache is in an obvious place.
Replace to maintain hide. Cache is not on the private property. Be
stealthy and quick! Watch for property owner across the road. He
may be a bit wacky. The "sculpture" in the above photo was there
when cache was placed. It was a trip! The "new" golf course just
down the road, toward Stony Point, closes in wet weather, but it's
a beautiful little course.
If you haven't seen the insanely funny and touching 1985 movie
"Fandango" (with Kevin Costner in his first lead role!), where
Truman Sparks' name comes from, do so! You'll understand the
significance of the "sculpture" and why I called this Truman
Sparks' Flight School.
