Geocache Description:

This has been placed within the agreements of the New Forest permission Please stick to them so that we can continue t ocache within the New Forest. NO NIGHT CACHING New Forest Guidelines The cache can be approached from several start points with varying degrees of terrain. Nothing worse than deep mud or a shallow stream though.

We used to come down here as kids to spend the day on rope swings. A few years have passed since then! Lovely river just a bit further into the trees from the cache site, would have been closer but it has a tendency to flood. You're looking for a 2.5lt lock lock container. I would suggest that you might want to bring some gloves along due to it's resting place. Please be careful removing it and replacing it so that you don't scratch yourself or leave it exposed.
