A 1.2 quart green Lock & Lock container hidden along a walking path in the Little Mill Creek South Park in Lenexa.
Little Mill Creek South Park is a 14-acre linear park that runs from 79th & Mullen to 83rd & Mullen. It includes two practice softball fields, one practice soccer field, numerous natural areas, a unique catalpa grove and .6-miles of jogging/walking/bicycle trail. This cache was placed with the permission of Lenexa Parks and Recreation.
Muggle traffic is going to boost the difficulty on this one. Wind chill was in the teens when we placed this late on a weekday afternoon; yet we saw over a dozen muggles out on the paths. Including a dog named Sandy who was out walking her owner, a co-worker who, we were surprised to find, lives nearby. Neither PI nor ticks are likely to be a problem here, but it’s hard to tell. Hide is wheelchair accessible, but the actual retrieval might be difficult.
