“Three sheets to the wind” originates from the maritime
tradition. The sheets in question are actually ropes (not sails)
that are fixed to the lower corners of the sails, so as to hold
them in place and maintain control of the sail.
Therefore, to have three sheets to the wind implies the total
loss of control of three sails. This would make the vessel move
uncontrollably, staggering about like a drunken sailor.
Please use stealth to minimize potential muggling of the cache.
Plenty of parking is available, as is sustinance, and the all
important restrooms. Also, please bring your own stylus to sign the
log, as one would not fit into the cache container. Lastly, there
is no need to disturb any of the bushes or shrubbery, as you will
not find the cache there.
Happy
Caching!
