Der Hobbit ist der Bonus-Cache der Herr-der-Ringe-Serie. Um die Koordinaten für den Cache zu berechnen, braucht Ihr Bonusworte aus mittlerweile noch sieben Caches der Herr-der-Ringe-Serie. Dabei handelt es sich um:
Auenland (GC19788), Bree (GC1C9BV), Wetterspitze (GC1K9PK), Elronds Haus (GC1M5K4), Moria (GC19GYR), Lothlorien (GC1GYGV und den Schicksalsberg (GC1NNX9).
Die Bonusworte ergeben eine Frage, die beantwortet werden kann, wenn "Der kleine Hobbit" befragt wird.
Zusätzlich solltet Ihr im "kleinen Hobbit" nach diesem Zitat suchen:
"Ich möchte wissen, wie viele Frühstücke und andere Mahlzeiten wir in diesem Dreckloch, wo es nicht einmal eine Uhr gibt, versäumt haben!"
