UPDATE 12-6-10: New container...not gonna tell you!
Due to recent construction on the old site, had to move it about 450 feet east...new coordinates are posted. As such, I'm keeping the original title, and changing the clue, and making this one a bit more fun to find. This is a great CITO stop. Plenty of parking on site, and no muggles to bother you, just a LOT of vehice traffic driving by. If you get hungry, go across the highway and grab a striped burger.
