Geocache Description:

Located along a somewhat busy road near a church. Terrain is not too bad though there will probably be more bushwacking in the summer.


As I drove down this road several times I noticed a marker at the side of the road that appeared to have some type of historical information. After stopping and reading it I decided this was a great area for a cache. Parking is available at the church (unless they are having services) or along the side of the road. Just be mindful of traffic if you park along the road. Please take a few minutes to read the historical marker. It's amazing how many different areas around Chattanooga have so much history. The cache is near the marker, large ammo box. We've loaded it with lots of trackables and toys to begin this cache. Please hide it like you found it or better.
