A short walk from easy parking, and a quick grab along the road.
There is a nice sports complex on the north side of the highway, but getting there is crazy difficult. You can circle it from the east, west, & north and never get there. There are some caches that way too, so if you are just tyring to get out that way you could burn a tank of gas trying to find it. So see this cache as ... maybe a waypoint. This is the only public road to Heller Park.
Regular Lock-n-Lock, with some play things in it. Hide it better than you found it, and trade fairly.
