Its that time to gather again for a World Wide Flash Mob event! Bookmark this cache to catch any update as they are posted. The event is taking place in a nice secluded park in downtown Lake Geneva. Lots of parking nearby.
This flash mob event is part of a much larger effort by geocachers around the world. At 12 noon, CST, other World Wide Flash Mob (WWFM) events across the country and around the world will occur. Come and be a part of this epic event.
If you haven't participated in a WWFM event before, you're in for a treat! We'll meet at the posted coordinates and participate in a little kooky behavior for exactly fifteen minutes, then promptly disassemble. I will be hiding some new caches in the area for all of those FTF hounds out there.
ITINERARY:
11:45 AM - 11:59 PM - Participants wait patiently and/or stroll around the area. STAY AWAY from ground zero until the signal is given. Best as you can, act like a muggle, pretend not to know each other or give any indication that something is about to happen. At 11:59 AM slowly begin to move towards ground zero.
12:00 PM – Everyone will converge right at ground zero. Log slips will be handed out - Bring your own pen or pencil. Sign individual log slip and drop it in the collection box. Next - turn to someone close by and “swag swap” or trade “trackables” if you so chose.
12:08 PM – Group picture takes place. Listen carefully and follow all directions given by photographer quickly as to where to line up.
12:12 PM - The event meal will be held (Hershey’s Kisses), and mingling can take place. At this time we will be having a raffle and the name picked will from the collection box.
12:14 PM - One minute warning is announced: "It is now 12:14. Prepare to leave!" Organizers will seal up log container for transport.
12:15 PM EXACTLY – Everyone leave immediately! Meet elsewhere if desired (** see below).
This event will be held rain or shine – please come prepared for the elements.

*** I will be hiding some new caches in the area for all of the FTF hounds out there. At 12:14 PM, we will be handing out the cordinates with the new caches.
