Geocache Description:

Nice school, level terrain and just off the bike path. Parking is available at the school or alternatively on a nearby street as long as you obey the signage.

The Warner Brothers Road Runner was the Ryerson Public School mascot for many years. I remember the image appearing everywhere. On the walls, tee-shirts and shorts as well as all official school papers and envelopes. All the students were proud of their mascot... That was until my last year at the school when a new principal changed the mascot to the unimaginative Rover, a mutt of unknown heredity. A stuffed animal version of Rover (which must have been won as a second place prize in a shifty carnival darts game) was displayed in a lack-luster manner for all to see in a glass covered case next to the office. This story has nothing to do with this cache.
