Should be a very easy park and grab. Use the nearby parking lot and take a short walk.

Stealth is a must. This is a very busy area during certain times of the day. Although this cache is available 24/7, it will probably be easier to go unnoticed if you search for this one very early in the morning or after dark.

Congratulations TeamGreyhound. I cannot believe you went caching at 3 in the morning! I don't think I have ever done that.
