Camo'd quart-size plastic jar hidden in Craig Crossing Park in the west part of Lenexa. The cache is named for the numerous large trees that have fallen from the slopes in the area where it is hidden.
Craig Crossing Park is a 15-acre park located at 91st & Woodland Road. It makes up a part of the Mill Creek Streamway trail that runs south from the Kansas River through Shawnee, Lenexa and Olathe. This park has a reservable shelter, restrooms (closed for the winter), a small lake, approximately one mile of paved trails and a large natural area. This cache was placed with the permission of Lenexa Parks and Recreation.
The cache is hidden well off the paved trail. No PI or ticks when it was placed, but both could be present in abundance come summer.
