Geocache Description:


The cache is situated in the beautiful Marston Vale Country Park just a few minutes drive away from Milton Keynes and Bedford. It can be very busy at times and is a very popular bird viewing area so take care. You will have to kneel down to find this one. Please put this back under and not close to the edge. Nearby are some steps to a lovely view

Geocoins are trackable coins and work in the same way as travelbugs and move from cache to cache, sometimes with a specific mission.They are the property of the person who has released them. They are NOT to keep. For more infor mation about geocoins look at the the geocoin infomation pages http://www.geocaching.com/track/ where you fill find an FAQ and instructions on how to log them. When you find one you can do a couple of things: 1. You can discover the coin. To do this just write down the tracking number and LEAVE the coin in the cache. When you log the cache you should see a section on the right that has a little icon for the coin and the 'name' that the owner gave it. You click it and from that page select discovered from the drop down list, enter the number you have and write what ever you like. You can also see where the coin has travelled to and any goal or mission it has. 2. You can take the coin. Coins and Bugs are not considered Swag items so you don't have to leave one in it's place. You then goto the same page I mentioned before but mark that you retrieved the coin. You have the coin but it is NOT yours to keep. In another cache you find later (in a short period from when you took it) you leave the coin and then when you log the cache find you select the coin from a list that will be shown on the bottom of the page that you left it. The coin will then be logged in that cache and the mileage between the cache you took it from and the one you left it in will be added to it's milage.

Travel Bugs and geocoins are the property of the person who has released them. Therefore I do not count them as a swap item. Please DO NOT take an item in exchange for any Travel Bugs that you may wish to leave in this cache. Swag" (toys, stickers, etc): These may be traded for items of similar value in this cache. Please trade fairly. Trackable items (geocoins, travel bugs): You can move trackables freely. Do not trade them for swag: they have zero "swag value".
