The terrain for this cache would be a 3 if you climbed up the wall. The terrain is a one if you simply walk around and use the sidewalk.
I would strongly encourage you not to try this one on Saturday nights past 6 PM or on Sunday mornings from 9 AM until 12:30 PM.
