Narrow country lane. Pull in and park carefully. Now look for the Knowe. Plenty of space to walk without 'crop crushing' being a danger.
A nice little knowe with a cluster of beech trees. This area lies within the old Hessilhead Estate and the delightful little farm toun of Hessilhead is just down the road. A rare survival of an Ayrshire farming 'hamlet' - a pity the mill has gone.
This cache is to cachespire the Gateside Primary School P.7 class (Spier's school tree planters).
Hessilhead is famous for its Wildlife Rescue Centre.
Please put the camouflage back carefully.
