Regular lock and lock following the path of a stream
This cache has been set for The Lang Spoon Stirs Again Event and is not loggable until 3rd April 2009.
The name of the cache is in honour of "Windy Ghoul" and "Assault on the Ghoulies" a 5x5 recently undertaken by a number of Fife Cachers (and others).
Its not high up and there is no wind but there is cowpats (which suggests cows), barbed wire, a bog, a bridgeless stream and a bit of a "on all fours" climb up to the cache. All of this makes this delighful wee walk by the Loch Fitty Burn a bit more fitting to have "Ghoulie" in the title!
Follow the burn from the road and be sure to stay on the west side or you will quickly encounter a gorse nightmare.
If you don't have waders there is a strong possibility that you may get wet when you reach the "island crossing point" although I did manage it unscathed!
Wet Ghoulies? Well if your'e not careful................
