Since the QofM did her series, I thought I should have a series, too. Of course, I am not as mean as the QofM so this is going to be easy, except for the walking into the cache sites. You could drive in but you would have to pick the lock on the canal gate. Probably not a good idea, the sheriff would not consider geocaching an excuse for B&E.
This series of 6 caches are all easy to locate and are not placed in thorns so gloves and long sleeves are not necessary. I have had my eye on this "virgin" geocache territory for some time and figured now was as good a time as any to "invade it".
I am calling it the Old Guy series. Wayne, you know what I mean. It will be a good idea to take along the basic geocaching retrieval tools (tweezers, knife, etc.).
You won't have to walk far to retrieve this cache, it is almost a park and grab. Almost.
11/28/10 Have had several DNF's and the QofM says I should raise the difficulty a notch. 2 1/2 to 3 is probably more appropriate than a 2.
