You are looking for a cammo'ed lock n lock about 3" x 6". How's your timing? There is quite a lot of traffic along this road. There is a small pull out large enough for 1 vehicle. This is not a place for kids or dogs.

This cache is placed in honor of the "Lumber Mills of the Pacific Northwest". At one time there were lumber mills of all sizes scattered across the landscape & up just about every little timbered valley. They have been closing down one by one for many years and now even some of the largest have closed.
Here in a fold of the earth in the foothills of the Blue Mountains is a lumber mill that is still operating. Thousands of people pass by here daily on Interstate 84 without a clue of its existence in the little town of Rieth along the Old Oregon Trail.
Mmmm Mmmmm - Smell that sawdust. Did you get to hear the whine of the saws? Was the yard full of logs? How many of you have ever got to ice skate on an old log pond when it was frozen over in the winter?
