Nice hike in the Simcoe County Forest
Stoney Tract.;
Placed this cache in another lovely forest. The hide is close to an interesting transition zone of evergreen trees to deciduous. Very easy hike from the trail-head (650m) off Baseline Road or directly accessable by snowmobile in Winter along the MOST sled trail or by mountain bike in Summer. Originally placed in preparation for the COG 2009 Maple Syrup Pancake Breakfast but available thereafter for any geocacher to find. It's an easy find for families. When placed lots of goodies to trade. Container is a large screw top container with cammo. Well above snow level for Winter seekers.
