Geocache Description:

A small geocache downtown to help get some caching near the developing Port Arthur Marina.

Shouldn't be too difficult of a find in any weather, a drive up and find. Just be sure to place it the same way you found it so others can continue to enjoy this cache! To answer the question in the name of the cache, simply look around the cache......not for the faint of heart. Note: Access to this cache may be easier in the parking lot off of Red River Road.
