The Heritage Rail Trail is located in the center of Palmyra at the parking
lot opposite the county administration building and new courthouse on Main Street.
One can enter Main Street from Rte 15 at both ends of the village. It's a part of the Fluvanna Heritage Trail Foundation.
The trail is gravel and you will have to go off trail just a little to the cache. Wonderful views of the river. Lot's of park benches also. A good cache for the kids. If trading try to keep the toy theme since it's a Toy Chest(bucket). Thanks.... The lid will unscrew from the bucket. Congrats to Team Gawfer for the FTF....
