Geocache Description:

Bishopscourt Halt
Primarily a private halt, it is assumed to have opened when the line opened in 1879. There was only a bench and a flight of steps. The strip of land on which the bench was placed was acquired from the ecclesiastical authorities in order to provide a stopping place for the use of the Bishop of Sodor and Mann, his staff and visitors. It was open to the public between 1930 and 1935, but there was no sign or other indication of the halt.

About the cache
There is parking on the road nearby. Then, a short walk leads to the cache area, but you'll have to scramble steeply up a short bank to access the cache itself.
