The terrain is mostly flat with minimal obstructions. It's always interesting, for me at least,. to watch as I walk past and note details.
There is closer parking but turning around can be difficult and you'd miss the short walk. The difficulty rating is just because you will need to have the right altitude to get this one. Once there stop and take a look east across Scappoose Bay and enjoy the moment. There are several other caches in the area that will add to your caching pleasure so be sure to get to them, too.
