You can no access this cache from 405 and you do not need to climb over fences or put youself in peril to get this cache. In fact, you can obtain this cache right from the sidewalk! However, you will be in plain site of muggles in their mugglemobiles, so stealth is a requirement. Also, this is a small cache, room for coins and very small swag. No writing instrument, so BYOP.
