Hidden as part of the 5th Annual Vancouver Island Hide-&-Go Cache.

Urban playground. Street Parking near park. Use stealth high muggle zone, be quiet! Unfortunately the top of the stake has gone missing but it's still viable so we'll keep it going for a while yet.
