uconnhusky: Thanks to all who enjoyed this cache for over 15 years! Sadly, with the tree name plaques faded, this cache can no longer operate as intended. Should the city decide to replace the plaques, I will consider hiding a new cache in the area.

Geocache Description:

This cache is located in a woodsy area by the Milford Harbor. It's called Tree Hunt because lots of trees there are labeled with plaques that bear their names. You'll have to look for a specific tree.

The coordinates are for the entrance to the woods. Once in the woods, look for the scientific name of tree, Betula Lenta L. Then, search in the immediate area for the cache. Good luck!
