From any digit, there are two kinds of moves that you can make:
1) You can move left or right to an adjacent digit in the same stripe, provided that you haven't visited that digit before.
2) Or you can move to any digit (that you haven't already visited) in the stripe whose color matches the color of the current digit.
For example, from the orange 3 in the blue stripe you have 5 possible moves: To either the 1 on its left or the 6 on its right, or to the 5, 3, or 0 in the orange stripe.
