the plan for the day is;
8:45 meet at the west end of Albertsons parking lot
9:00 head out the area we will be cleaning.
12:00 ish meet at Rob Adams Park 890 MountainGate Drive for a
picnic /bar b que lunch and social hour(s)[weather permitting]

we WILL be having a bar-b-que!!!:D
The terrain difficulty varies with areas for most people,we will
be cleaning a couple of trails and the hillside around them.
Willamalane is providing bags,some grabbers,a couple of trucks
to haul trash,a porta-pot and maybe even get some media
coverage.
what you should bring;gloves, weather appropriate clothing, long
pants recommended.
we will be supplying the burgers and dogs.we ask that if your
geocaching name starts with A-J bring some sort of side dish
(salad, beans, etc.) K-P some sort of chips and dip. R-Z - brings
the dessert .everyone should also some sort of seating(only 4
picnic tables) and bring their beverage of choice (sorry ,no
spirits, public park) and eating utensils.
We are planning on having a raffle during lunch/gabfest . - It
will be a simple, no cost, raffle drawing (One ticket per
GeoFamily)We have some fun prizes donated by our sponsers, and some
we have scrounged up.
we have invited several well known local cachers to hide caches
to go with this event.I was fortunate enough to hear some of the
planning for one that,in my opinion,will become a classic;}
